Are your designs customizable?
Yes! We love to hear about your specific needs and we try our best to create the style and fit that you are looking for.
Do you offer more than Cashmere?
Yes! We offer a variety of lightweight options, such as pure silk, fine merino, merino/silk, linen/silk, cotton/silk, viscose/stretch, and viscose/poly.
How do your sizes run?
Our sizes vary between designs. Some pieces are true to size, some larger, and some smaller. This is why we encourage you to try it on in-store, on the road, or through your Custom Care Package. With a quick call, we can easily help you determine your size in any design.
Can I return?
We prefer that you try in person or use our custom care packages to “try before you buy.” Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis.
Do we travel to other locations?
We are always open to other locations on the road. Please call if there is a location where you would like to see us.
How do you ship?

Where does your yarn come from?
Our exquisite yarns are washed, dyed, and spun using ecologically conscious methods and the highest standards in Scotland and Italy.
How long do special orders take?
Our estimated time for special orders is roughly 6-8 weeks. We work as fast as possible with our factory to ensure timely delivery; however, some factors could affect delivery time.
